Financial Assistance Programs

  • MMP 1st Time Advantage

    Eligible for first-time buyers


    The MMP 1st Time Advantage line offers various programs, which can offer up to as much as $6,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance, without any interest rates or required monthly payments.


    Eligibility requirements and restrictions apply. Our specialists help you to meet them, and maximize your benefits.


    Product Line :


    Direct - No DPA, but typically offers our most competitive rates.


    6000 - $6,000 loan for down payment & closing costs. 0% interest and no monthly payments.


    3%/4%/5% Loan - DPA loan equal to 3%/4%/5% of the first mortgage in a zero percent deferred second lien.

  • MMP Flex

    Eligible for repeat & first-time buyers


    The MMP Flex line offers various programs which can offer up to as much as $6,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance, without any interest rates or required monthly payments.


    The Flex line is similar to the 1st Time Advantage line, but differs slightly in eligibility qualifications and provisions.

    6000 - $6,000 loan for down payment & closing costs. 0% interest and no monthly payments.

    Used in conjunction with 1st Time Advantage 6000 & Flex 6000


    Partners provide additional assistance of up to $2,500, for a maximum total of $8,500

  • MMP Smartbuy 3.0

    Homebuyers with qualifying student debt may receive a 5 year forgivable loan, to go toward student debt payments during the purchase of a home.


    Two Options :


    1.) $6,000 DPA loan


    2.) DPA loan equal to 6% or less of first mortgage (for borrowers earning 50% or less of AMI)
