3 Refreshing Summer Drinks to Make at Home

1.) Summer Cup Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber Slice(s)
  • Mint
  • Frozen Red Berries
  • 120ml Sparkling Lemonade

How To Make:

  • Bring 200ml of Water to a boil
  • Chop Cucumber & Mint smaller, then add to Water
  • Take Water off heat for 2 min.
  • Defrost Berries for a few minutes, then add to Water
  • Crush Berries with a Spoon
  • Strain Mixture

2.) Raspberry Slushie

Ingredients:

  • ~600g Frozen Raspberries (or however much your heart desires)
  • 3-4 Lemons
  • 225ml Soda Water
  • Ice
  • tbsp Agave Nectar

How To Make:

  • Juice Lemons
  • Pour all ingredients into blender / food processor
  • Blend on and off until you achieve a thoroughly consistent slush

3.) Tropical Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 Kiwi
  • Mango
  • Banana
  • Pineapple Juice

How To Make:

  • Peel Fruit
  • It's a Smoothie... blend it all together
  • Not enough Slush? Add Ice
  • Too sweet? Dilute with Water/Milk
  • Want more Protein? Add Yogurt
